How do I make my signature look handwritten?

To include a handwritten signature, you can scan or take a photo of your handwritten signature and then add it to your Outlook signature. To do this on Windows:

1. Sign your signature on a sheet of white paper.

2. Scan it or take a photo of it and save it to your computer in .gif, .png, .jpg or .bmp file format.

3. Open the file on your computer.

4. Click it to open the "Format" tab of picture tools, then select "Crop" to crop the picture.

5. To save the signature to a separate file, right-click on the image and select "Save as Image".

6. To include the signature in a document, select “Insert” then “Images” and choose your saved signature.

To add a handwritten signature using Outlook via macOS:

1. Write your signature on a plain white sheet of paper.

3. Open the image file on your computer.

5. Type the name of your signature in the "Name" box.

6. Click on “AutoText” via the “Gallery” box.

Whenever you want to use this signature:

1. Place the insertion point where you want to insert the signature block.

2. Select "Insert", "Quick Parts", "AutoText", then select the name of your signature block.
