It is important that you present them with the correct address to ensure that your new treasure is delivered directly to you. If you need to change your shipping address due to an error, you can do so at checkout or by logging into your Etsy account to correct it before your item[s] are dispatched (provided the change is within the same country). How to Change the Shipping Address on Etsy as a Buyer on a PC

Update shipping address after placing order

To change your shipping address after placing your order, you must first ensure that your item[s] have not yet been dispatched. To do it on your PC:

1. Go to Etsy and sign in to your account.
   
2. From the home screen, click on “Your account”, then on “Purchases and reviews”.
   
3. Next to your order, a 'My order is' status statement will appear, indicating either 'Not yet dispatched' or 'Shipped'.

My order has not yet been shipped

If your purchase hasn't shipped yet, contact the seller to change your details:

1. In "Purchases and reviews", find the order in question.
2. Next, choose "Order Help".
3. Choose “Message seller”.
4. In the pop-up text box, let the seller know you want to change your shipping address.
5. Click the arrow icon or press "Enter" to send the message.

The seller will be notified of your message.

My order is shipped

If your order has already shipped, contact the seller for their refund or replacement policies. Alternatively, you can try contacting the shipping department to possibly arrange re-routing of the order.

If your purchase is lost, many shipping services will require the shipper to open a claim. In this scenario, you will need to ask the trader for help.

1. Once your item[s] are in your shopping cart, click 'Shopping Cart'.
2. Choose how to pay.
3. Select "Proceed to payment".
4. If you have not logged in, you will be prompted to do so or choose "Continue as Guest".
5. Under 'Shipping address', select 'Edit'.
6. Select a delivery address to modify or to add a new address, choose "Add address".
7. Choose "Ship Here", then "Place Your Order".

If you want to change your delivery address but have already placed your order, you must first confirm that your items have not been dispatched.

Some options in the Etsy app are labeled slightly differently than on the website, but are relatively the same. From your iPhone:

1. Open the Etsy app and access your account.
   
2. From the home screen, tap "You" to access your account information.
   
3. Select “Purchases and reviews”.

How to Change the Shipping Address on Etsy Shop

It's easier to change your shipping address before your purchase[s] have been shipped. Confirm your order status is "Not Shipped Yet" in "Purchases & Reviews," then let the seller know you want to change your address:

1. Go to Etsy or launch the app and sign in.
2. On the homepage, select "Your Account" or via the app, tap on "You".
3. Choose “Purchases and reviews”.
4. Find the order, then select "Order Help". From the app, tap the order, then under your order, select "Order Help."
5. Choose “Message seller”.
6. Notify the seller of changes to your shipping address for this order.
7. Click the arrow icon or "Enter" to send the message.

How do I track a package on Etsy?

To know approximately when your items will arrive, you can track the delivery status through the Etsy desktop or app:

1. Log in to your account through Etsy.com and select "Your Account". Or the Etsy App, then tap "You".

2. Select "Purchases and reviews".

3. Locate your order and select it. Next, the delivery status will be displayed:

· “Not Shipped” – seller has not yet shipped or updated on Etsy.

· “Shipped” – the seller has shipped your item[s].
