Here's how to repost a fellow TikToker's video without the TikTok logo:

1. Launch TikTok and navigate to the video you want to repost.
   
2. On the video, tap the share icon on the left.
   
3. In the menu, under the "Share to" section, tap on "Copy link". This will save the video link to your clipboard.
   
4. Visit the TikTok Video Downloader website to download the video without watermark.
   
5. On the website, paste the video link in the empty field.
   
6. Tap the green "Download" icon to start the download process.
   
7. After the video is processed, three download buttons will appear: "Download Server 01", "Download Server 02", and "Download Server 03".
   
8. Press one of the buttons to download the video. You will be asked if you want to view or download the video. If one server fails, you can try another.
9. Press "Download".

TikTok's desktop app offers a lite version of the mobile app. However, installing a powerful Android emulator like BlueStacks allows you to access the full version using a PC or Mac. Follow these steps to install BlueStacks:

1. Go to bluestacks.com and click on the “Download” button.
   
2. Once downloaded, BlueStacks will launch automatically. It looks like a mobile screen.
3. With the "Game Center" tab selected, click "Google Play Store" under the "Recommended for you" section on the home screen.
   
4. Log in to Google, then type in a search for TikTok.
   
5. Select "Install". The TikTok app will appear on your home screen.
   
6. Open TikTok. It will appear the same as on your phone.
   
7. Sign into your account.
